    Well worth paying the extra for.

    I did however machine the jaws a little as they dont give a big enough step after clamping. Otherwise sturdy. No good for bigger than 1mm... Well I struggled just to test.. Perfect for bodywork 👌

    Didn't Really Like the Tool . Haven't yet got the Knack of using it Yet ! Ended Butt Welding the Joint I bought it for . Seems too need longer Handles , can see why some of them are Air Powered . Hard to judge which way the offset is in relation too The tool , sometimes this is critical . Tool Probablly Most suitable for Flat Panels

    Exactly what I was looking for, and at the right price.

    I ordered this because I have a couple of classic cars and very recently went on an excellent welding course where we got to use a range of welding machines and associated tools. Although I am familiar with joddlers, I had never had recourse to use one until now. I can see the benefit of this way of welding in classic vehicles, and took the opportunity to buy one. I am very pleased with the results, especially the combined hole punch facility. A very useful tool at the right price.

    Struggles to fold metal and step not deep enough ,was only using 1mm plate .No chance of working with anything thicker,should have sent back but did not want the hassle and pay for return postage ,don't waste your money
