The comic wasn’t packed well and arrived in worst condition then previously described. But I suppose that’s what you get when pay only 2$ for a key issue. My advice to the shipper would be to bag and board all comics while shipping at the very least. Placing it in a used Amazon bubble mailer isn’t sufficient enough to protect these items that were described as being “like new” upon arrival at your buyer’s address.

    Any manager's best friend.

    Sure, there are libraries full of management and leadership books, approaching the subject from a myriad of angles; but, I have found none as complete and relevant as this. It is a great reference for people taking on their first middle management role. Written in plain language, with no gimmicks, the book serves as an excellent guide to improve your management skills. This latest edition has sections on: leadership, planning and organization, communication and working relationships, training and development, and a host of other important functions modern managers must master.
