As a positive, item was shipped promptly and was carefully packaged. However, the image in the offering showed a proof set with an inverted quarter, but what was delivered did not have an inverted quarter. When contacted, the seller's explanation was that it is easy to invert a coin in the plastic wrapping, but this doesn't really explain why you would show one item in the posting, and ship a different item. To their credit, seller offer to accept a return.
