When I received the camera over a week ago, I tried to connect it to my Wyze account, but it said that it was connected to another account (see the picture). I reached out to Wyze Customer Support and they said they couldn't do anything and that I'd have to contact the seller. The seller (here on ebay) said they had no control over the account used to test the refurbished product, so my only option was to return it. They also said they were out of stock and unable to replace the item.
