The seller advertised Imperial Glass cups and saucers. I bought three sets of four. When they arrived the saucers were Imperial Glass but the cups were cheap reproductions, which are worthless. I reached out to the seller immediately with this concern. The seller agreed to issue me a $30.00 refund of my $80.00 purchase, which I felt was a fair compromise. This has never happened- I have reached out several times via email with no response. I am now out $80.00 and frustrated.
