Seller waited several days to ship, then shipped the wrong item, then waited until the morning after the max time after a refund request was opened, only to then ask me to send it back outside of eBay so they could send me the correct item - but they never accepted the return. eBay case became necessary to get a refund but my $$ was held up several weeks.
