Contact the seller and was advised they would overnight a new power cord. I received a new cord but was not the correct one for the monitor. I advised seller and asked me if i could send a picture for their information, but Ebay would not let me send a picture. I advise that I purchase one. They advised that they would refund me for my troubles. Most seller would not go that far. THANKS
