    When lamp was received parts were missing. Contacted seller and she sent missing parts. Also in the box was many extra parts that belonged to other lamps. She responded right away to my emails. The lamps wiring was cut a little short and we had difficulty getting it installed in the ceiling. Shipping pricy but I saw that when I ordered. I am not sure how to rate this seller so Iwill remain Neutral and just give the facts on this particular transaction.
