first time contact and posted neg same day, sent refund same day, but did not change feedback , when buyer complaint ebay always send refund regardless what the seller want to do.. so buyer is a liar and a thief....over $39 item value

Refund received for an item that is listed on tracking as 'not dispatched by seller'. Can only assume seller didn't post. Unfortunate to not get the item but at least i've not lost any money.Unfortunately, this seller appears to not know how to take responsibility for incompetence. No accountability shown at all at any point, and has also resorted to attempts at offensive and immature beration via messaging and feedback.Unfortunately I stand by my recommendation to avoid this seller.
