Chair is definitely used. Came super messed up in packaging with parts hanging out of the box. Not sellers fault. I wouldn't go into this expecting a spotless chair. It's a bit scuffed on the base, has some plastic rubbing marks all along the back. VERY Squeaky! Had Issues with assembling it, but that's my fault. I cracked the armrest when trying to put it together since I didn't know what to do. I managed to get it in proper working condition; even if I got a headache in the process. 6.5/10 GL!

Chair shipped very fast. No items missing. Only a few scratches, black smudges, wheels were a bit dusty. However no instructions on how to assemble it. After a little research we discovered that these chairs are shipped in assembled from herman miller. No YouTube videos or anything, we ended up having to watch a disassemble video. Overall no issues with chair, just after a while sitting tailbone starts to hurt .

As described. Love the chair and had minimal to no wear. I think the packaging could add some styrofoam or airbubbles to protect and less shifting, but either way, I had a damageless chair, all functioning beautiful chair. The seller was very responsive in providing information. Definitely recommend and buying from them again.
