I received the crocs in timely manner, within the same week as ordering. As a teacher, I'm on my feet a lot and wanted something comfortable to wear during state testing. I've worn the shoes for two straight days. They are comfortable, as comfortable as my regular crocs. The back strap does come off, but I've found that if you press firmly, it'll stay. It is a bit of a learning curve learning to walk in platform shoes for the first time, but I've had a good experience with this.
