    Burns fat and gives me energy

    I just take one capsule a day with water because I don’t have a huge weight problem, but I am overweight for my height. These capsules help prevent my constipation as well. I think they might work better if I work out, but I haven’t had the time.

    Not really sure

    I cannot honestly say if it is workng or not. I contracted flu about 3/4 of the way through the bottle, so the immunse system function can't be bragged about exactly. I may try another month and see if I can grown some brain cells. I can use all I can get !!
