This seller has not been honest with me. They kept telling me that the item is shipped, yet it never was. They have no evidence of ever getting the item. Plus, their company is in China, the item is in one place, and the shipping label is in yet another city (and state). They did finally refund my money. I would not recommend them.

Seller finally communicated with me and refunded the purchase price. There is still no indication the scooter was ever sent. Proceed with caution.

Arrived one day early the box was in great shape was not damaged. FedEx done a great job unpacked it packed very well no problems. I put the controller on and charged it and off. We went love. It would recommend it to other people. Seller was very nice. WOW!! You talk about customer sevice. My scooter was just delivered 3 days sooner than expected. I unboxed it and had it put together in 15 minutes. I rode down the driveway to show the wife. She was impressed as she was worried that I could be scammed. The unit is every thing I expected and then some. Just got off the phone with my best buddy and told him to get one as he is in the same boat as me. Thank you very much for your service to this Ol Veteran.
