Item in described condition. Listed as open box. There was 1 picture, and yes box was imperfect. However, packaging was not good - one thin layer of bubbles and then actual box put in a poly mailer with no other protection. The box I received was completely crushed in and torn (not in that condition in pictures. I get item was sold as open box but careless shipping made damage much worse. Neutral not negative as box was imperpect. That doesn’t mean it should have been shipped like it was garbage
