Great price, good comms, and the shipping was quick, however the auction said the product was “BRAND NEW” retail ready condition and in original packaging, which was not true. The box was original but no original or added inner packaging to protect the tool and the owners manual and blades were missing. The seller offered a 15% discount which was acceptable, so I’m still giving the seller a positive review since the final price was very good. Perhaps ask questions so know what you’re getting.

The price was great…the rest was not. Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it.
I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.

Was confirmed item was 'Brand New' from seller in messages prior to purchase. Item arrived open box re-taped with damage to item box but not shipping box so it was sent out this way knowingly. Now stuck for couple weeks waiting for refund process. These go on clearance from Walmart a couple times a year actually brand new for $65, I should have waited and not took a chance on this seller. Waste of time.
