    Thumbscrew flimsy and broke easily

    It does what anyone would purchase it for BUT the AchillesTeendon (weakest spot) is the thumbscrew you use to attatch/remove from the camera. This item allows you to have a battery in camera and use power from a second battery within the grip itself. When your primary battery drains and you need to charge it, you have to use the thumbscrew to reme=ove the grip to access the battery. The 2nd time I done so, the thumbscrew (one front & rear internally connected) came off track and just spun where it would not come off the camera normally. ( WD-40 a lot of patience, and manpower removed it safely)

    60 % not 100% I caused to work. Not amused.

    Outer body nice, the inner cartridge battery holder was not very nice. The battery connection metal contacts I had to press down to make it except the battery correct. I'm good with fix issues but should not need to correct to make what should've worked with no additional attention. There is a pressure clip I discripe it as bruised. The item was labeled new open box.

    Great Investment

    Grips are a must have for long exposure shooting or exploratory hikes... basically, if you're not in the studio, get one! I recommend one that holds two additional batteries, however one extra battery goes a looooong way! Looooooooove rotating button and double shutter buttons on the grip, depending on your hand positioning, very flexible use for multiple camera angles/positions. Easy to use, great value product.

    Great product.

    Everything works well. Feels professional. Strong build. No faulty working parts. The only thing I have issues with is the little rubber piece that wraps itself around one of the corners. It always wants to come out. And gets in the way. ... this minor issue aside. Great product. I love it.
