Are you kidding me!? Refurbished? You people are amazing, this looks absolutely 100% factory brand new, even the little plastic labels that go over all the sections of the unit, this was packed as if it was a brand new unit and you would never ever be able to tell that it was refurbished. I would never hesitate to buy refurbished goods from you in the future especially with how you handle them.     Just what I wanted.

    I have a very large area 1800 sq feet (Vinyl)  and it does a fabulous job. Two things though.. only comes with two sets of pads and I can’t find extra ones.. it won’t  alert you to the water in the tanks has running dry so you need to keep an eye. Having said that I’ve tried many robot mops including the so called best.. all sent back… this for me is cracking.

    Samsung jet mop.

    Price tag on this mop is too inflated for the quality. Doesn't have any cool features just mop. No base to return to it just stops where it's at when done. Samsung really disappointed with this mop. Doesn't have mapping technology or back to base feature. Smaller than pictured. Thumbs down. I would invest in a regular mop and bucket before I buy this again.

    Does a great job of frequent mopping to keep the floor clean all the time

    This is a robot mop and that describes it all the way. It moves around inside the area you define and mops the floor to a clean shine. Works especially well on hardwood, vinyl, and tile floors. I really like that you can set it up to clean the floor while you're away, so I don't have to care about it. We schedule ours to run after the Roomba vacuum.
