Listing stated ship from Houston TX with 5 day delivery. Turns out the motor is coming from Hong Kong (based on eBay messages being received from ebay.com.hk) and the delivery time kept changing. After I requested the order be cancelled and money refunded, seller offered to "pay me" not to leave negative feedback. Deceptive listing, just say you are in Hong Kong, not a good look for eBay.
