The condition/cosmetics of the phone was great, as described, the shipping/delivery of the item was great with no complaints at all, but the phone itself has had a couple hiccups such as wanting to freeze up and delay , so I'm not too thrilled about that aspect of the entire process from start until now as I am having to cover costs myself to make what adjustments or repairs necessary.     Some improvements over xp7, but still not perfect

    Some improvements over xp7, however speakerphone is weak. Also dual SIM cards only work for providers with the same radio tech, you cannot mix CDMA (Verizon) and GSM (AT&T), since modem settings needs to be changed and they can only be changed via flashing different radio modem firmware.

    Bummed

    It may just be this phone. I could not make calls successfully. When calls connected there were only electronic chipmunk noises. If texted or called there were no rings, there were no dings, there were no sounds to alert me to a conversation. Apps would freeze. I took a 700mi road trip and needed Google maps to work and the phone would not respond when I tried to alter my route.

    Great Tough Phone.

    This is a 5 Star product. The xp8800. you can get the newer model but it has NO advantage other that touch charger. The newer model has the SAME PROCESSOR.
