It looks new, no scratches and the keyboard doesn’t have that bright shiny finish where fingers have been pounding on them for years. Bright clear display. SSD upgrade has done wonder’s for this guy. Have a RAM upgrade on the way that will go in tomorrow.

Received quickly and in awesome shape!! The specs were off. This has an Intel Core i7 2.9 ghz, not i5. It has 8 gb DDR3 Memory, not 4 gb. This also has a Toshiba Rotational SATA 750.16 in it, not 500. It also needs a new battery as it becomes very warm to the touch when charging, and it doesn't hold a charge and the power info says it "Needs Service!!!!" R&D didn't do their research and check the battery. New battery will arrive tomorrow. I'm old and not a computer geek, but the specs should have been a little more specific for this laptop, including that it needs a new battery. That would not be a deal breaker. I'll shut up now before everyone thinks I'm an old "Karen," and I'm actually not!! Have a nice day!! Received quickly and in awesome shape!! The specs were off. Good enough for the price
While I like the small footprint, I can't say that I'm comfortable with a product that has reached its lifespan in-so-far as OS updates, fixed RAM that cannot be upgraded, or the HHD. The loss of some features within my various apps was a bit of a disappointment. In light of that, I gave it 5 stars because the laptop is in "like new" condition and easily paired with my Bluetooth devices. I threw the ear pieces and the wireless mouse that came with it in the trash, these are garbage. I might add, that compared to my gaming computer, it is taking me some getting used to the very long boot-up cycle, and response time from click to open, with my various apps.
