    Used not new, misleading ad.

    This phone is used, not new. It has scuff marks and has obviously been dropped on the edges. It works well and seems fine so far otherwise. Should have been listed as used or refurbished at least, but was listed as new in box....

    Good phone at a good price

    I've had mine for several weeks, using the T-Mobile network. No negatives, phone does everything you'd expect with good response and better battery life than I've had on previous smartphones.

    Not what I expected.

    I had no idea I was buying a used phone, and certainly not a damaged one. I never would have bought a used phone intentionally. The info was on my receipt but I don't remember seeing it before the order was placed. Could easily be my error, but just want you to know I'm not happy losing $70.

    Unable to update O/S

    I bought this phone to work on my T-Mobile service. IT DOES work, however since T-Mobile does not carry this phone, there is no upgrade of the O/S. Otherwise everything works
