    DVD Recorder still works but it doesn't read the blank DVD discs

    I've inserted the DVD-R disc which is blank and not finalized but it automatically ejects it and cannot record. I've tried everything for about a hundred times to insert the blank DVD-R it partially doesn't work at all. The VHS tape still works while it is recording. It only works on the finalized DVD discs as well.

    DVD Recorder/VHS Combination Player.

    I'm glad I saw this on eBay, at first I saw one w/ no remote & no step by step instructions & thinking about getting it but I keep looking for something similar & find this one in good condition & waited until the combo arrived which it had arrived yesterday & hooked it up to my TV(same brand ) in my bedroom. In short, it works pretty good.

    Steep learning curve

    The VCR part doesn't work properly.

    The VCR part doesn't work properly; the VHS tape inserted doesn't come out. The VCR image quality isn't the best. The DVD player recognizes some movie discs, others not (movies are original).
