The card exactly as I ordered, did arrive, finally. The problem was every time I clicked on tracking, it did not tell me how it was being sent to me. Even on the site it does not state how! I did not know if it was USPS, or UPS. It makes a difference because I live in a high rise with concierge, and when it said it was delivered, I had to wait for the mailman to finally put it into my mailbox as did it not go directly to concierge. This needs to be addressed with your site.

your issue is not my issue, whatever you have for your address on eBay is where it goes, thats an issue you need to take up with your postmaster and eBay. I pay a fee to sell on eBay, thats their problem. I do not have any control over eBay's shipping policy.
