Tested with a heater and a few devices. I hope Bluetti honors the 5 year warranty if needed.

For refurbished units both of my Bluetti's are like new and operate perfectly! Could not be happier.

It took a little while but the seller was happy to exchange it for a replacement, and so far the replacement has been working well. The seller responded to all my inquiries pretty quickly. There was no outer damage on the first unit they sent, but the replacement had a small scuff on top. Of course, it doesn't affect anything and I will scuff it up even more.
