The multivitamin with everything
I tried this multi because it came with all of the other supplements I was taking, and I am not fond of pill popping. They are not super-cheap, but if you are also taking "green supplements" this could end up being a good money saver for you. The so called "Canadian version" (plain electro-vita-min) requires you to take up to 6 pills a day, whereas the "Daily 5" US version, only requires 3 (it has a different formulation). I found a definite improvement in my general health and energy levels with both formulations (I am 56 and needed a boost because of my sedentary job). Because the Daily 5 requires fewer pills, I will continue to use them. Note that the Daily 5 pills absorb water from the air VERY quickly and will disintegrate in minutes once taken out of the bottle. Don't even think of ... Been taking these pills for some time now, energy is up, im not a stiff nor sore when waking up. Noticeable difference almost immediately with this product. If your over 40, you need them.
