Factory fits my 2014 Toyota Prius C Model 4.
Remember...when installing this...the inside middle portion has a 5" circular LED mount that is installed with a tight o-ring. Remove the screw. Use a thin knife to remove the 5" LED mount. This will go into this part. This 4" LED can be bought for about $60 if you have to replace it. Call Toyota since I found the 4" LED hard to locate on ebay. Regarding this part there are two bolts to remove. This part is super easy to replace. I broke mine after a midget wrestling event. I still wont admit what happened that night after the event.
