This item eventually arrived, but it was over two weeks late. I understand that the seller has no control over the USPS. But I was concerned after waiting 10 days that it hadn't arrived, so I filed an INA request with the seller to ask for any information regarding the whereabouts or to get a refund and never received a reply. Additionally, the item was charged $4.99 for shipping and was only sent via eBay standard envelope which explains the poor shipping and lack of good tracking info.

never messaged...opened INA without ever contacting...there is tracking on the listing...and as you say ...can't control USPS...for an item that you won on a best offer....it was not poor shipping...item not damaged or misleading and tracking was there the whole time...all you had to do was message me and i would have said here and keep the card when you get it...see my rating as proof...sellers beware

This seller's response is a lie. I messaged this seller multiple times. Once when the item shipped to ask about the method of shipping. And again when the item didn't arrive 7 days after the initial estimated delivery date. At that time, I was asking if the seller had other tracking info. The INA was continued after I didn't hear back from the seller. I closed the INA once the item arrived.
