gets me to sleep
I have severe depression which is controlled with medicine (for the most part) but do seem to have a lot of trouble getting to sleep so thats why I tried this. I really think is works because I go to bed thinking "I wonder if I will be able to get to sleep?" and the next thing I know, I am waking up hours later. I am feeling less "overall anxious" as well. I am hoping I will feel other benefits as well as time goes by. I have only used it for a little over a week. So far, I don't know how I lived without this.The only thing I would tell anyone before using it is that when you massage it into your skin if you have any small cuts or scratches on you, it is going to sting like heck because of the salt content. I spray it on and then use a makeup sponge to do that because I always have scrapes ... Sprayer or product too thick to spray.
The sprayer was defective or the product had thickened and would not spray out. I tried a different sprayer and still could not get the product out of the bottle. I have used this product in the past and wanted to try the D3 this time, maybe that’s the problem?
