Great alternative to pills or capsules.
Liquid supplements are often so nasty you don't want to use them at all. This is a very pleasant flavor that is not overwhelming. Using liquid supplements makes them more easily available for your system to absorb them and use them. Tablets often don't dissolve and can come out the other end just as they went in!! Not this. I'm very pleased with this product.
