Oddly enough having this tool on site sure made a difference in making the work easy! Very high quality tool, built to last! There was no need to communicate with the seller, so rating this aspect of service doesn't apply! However, because this transaction happened so fast, with that respect I'll have to at least give them the highest rating of 5-stars! The tool was correctly described!
