It has the Shimano quality I have experienced with other Shimano rods and reels. I think the value is definitely there. I purchased a Shimano Adrena naturally it’s that great Shimano quality. It arrived package beautifully very well protected in new condition as described. The rod itself is beautiful black with burnt orange copper accents. The price itself was very good being a true JDM rod . Highly recommend I will be picking up another soon
