So far this unit has been great. I’ve only played around with it but it has worked great. The only negative and that’s had nothing to do with the seller, FedEx was used to deliver and they backed into my driveway, opened the rear door and pushed it out into my driveway…..not a care in the world about handling the package. Lucky for me the seller packaged this item VERY WELL and there was no damage that I have found. Seller needs to stop using FedEx!

Vendor did not ship to Alaska but found I could delivered to Carlisle Transportation in Tacoma and they shipped to Alaska. Shipping was cheaper that Tacoma taxes by half, which eBay will be refunding to me. Everything arrived in good shape. Unit is smaller than I imagined but works great, charging, discharging for storage as per instructions. eBay and Vendor was great to work with to get this done.
