      What dodge should have done in the first place!!!

      I purchased an 06 dodge ram with a missing park brake release. The eyelet that attaches to the cable was all that remained. After a little searching I found this to be a common problem. While searching ebay for a replacement I stumbled onto this aftermarket part. It is much stronger built than the factory part and I believe it will never need replacement. It installed easily and looks just like the factory park. The color matches my slate gray interior perfectly. I'm very happy and hope this helps other ram owners as much as it did me.

      broken upon arrival.

      the product was damaged upon arrival, unfortunately the backing plate where the unit mounts to the dash board was broken, the good was my backing plate was still usable from my truck, and I removed the pull handle from the new one and used the backing plate from the old one. so for the price of the item I only got to use half of the item. very disappointed.

      Well worth the time and money!

      The emergency brake handle was a breeze to install and seems to be made of better quality material and should last the life of the truck. It took about 10 minutes to install. I am happy with my purchase!
