Tested and was within 1%. Two 100 ohm resistors in parallel resulted in a 49.3 ohm dummy load with an SWR 1.3 or less from 1.8 to 54 MHz where it will be used in the HAM bands (160 m to 6 m). Components appear in perfect as-new condition, and were well packed. Photos on Ebay could be better, hard to tell if this is a one tab or two tab device (it is two tab).
