This company sold me wax melts that are not manufactured by Better Homes which they advertise them as big these wax melts have no smell to them at all and all I'm asking for is my $13 back and they wait 4 days to tell me that they canceled the return we'll see about that I wouldn't buy nothing from you guys again

Buyer ordered item, did not like the smell, and wanted a refund. As Ebay clearly states in their return policy, buyers remorse is not a valid reason for a return. After selling on Ebay for 17+ years and over 11,000 transactions these bad buyers continue to get worse and worse. His unhinged rambling, over a 10.00 item shows his lack of intelligence.
