It's a decent camera for the price but keep in mind it won't record anything at night unless the target is about 30 feet close or less. Also, most of these kind of security camera's won't be able to "see" the license plate very well and especially at night it's almost nothing even close up because the plate lights will overpower the image.

I received the camera, but the sender sent two separate items under the same tracking number, but two separate package. 1 of 2 packages made it to me, the other did not. I still haven’t received the second item. UPS will not help because it’s one tracking number and one item was delivered.

Was sold a "refurbished" system that had a dead hard drive. Unit was also not properly refurbished with dents and various cosmetic issues. It should have been listed as "used - for parts" not refurbished. Pictures and full description was sent to the seller who responded with an irrelevant form message asking the issue; they clearly never read the problem, did not address the questions and were of zero help! AVOID THIS SELLER!!!
