It's easy to praise a brand new chair but you don't realize how great a chair can feel until you sit in a proper chair. At half off from original and it being a "fully loaded" chair well worth the money....did they open the box just to look inside for two seconds? It looks and feels brand new! It is a Mirra 2 not sure why Aeron is in the title as that's a different chair by HM. If I need another chair I'm checking out Madison Seating again 👍

While most of the chair is in like new condition, the most important part, the seat mesh, has lines/creases forming at the front where it tends to "wrinkle" when sitting. These are not cosmetic and are signs of wear and likely will fail. If / when it does split, I'm sure they will deny covered under the 10yr warranty. Other than the mesh, the chair is in great shape.
