My overall experience with the seller was good and shipping was very fast. But I would not recommend this particular item to anyone. It isn't sturdy. The height description isn't accurate. The arm broke shortly after we took it out of the box and tried to pose it for the first time. I ended up finding a 7 foot skeleton at Walmart for only $8 more and the quality is significantly better. It really is the height described, sturdy, and more poseable.
