Super way to boost your thyroid, KAL Kelp
Great source for iodine, easy to take, no nasty after taste. It is also from a company that has a very old and LONG history of providing top quality products. I like the fact that it helps provide the iodine balance the thyroid so often needs to function properly yet does not get from today's diet. KAL Kelp is top of the line for choice in my thinking, I have used it several years and trust the company who makes it! Other producers come and go, KAL is a century old, nuff said!!Great source for iodine, easy to take, no nasty after taste.
