    Takes the edge off

    The first time that I tried one of these, it didn't seem to do anything, but knowing that that can be the case with many supplements, i.e., it takes at least a few, over time, before they're effective, I continued with them the next night. Much more effective. I only take these just before bed when my mind won't shut down and, usually, within about 30 minutes, I'm drowsy and ready to sleep. They are very subtle and not like a prescription sleeping pill....that's why I like them. Even Benadryl seems stronger than these, but they don't leave you drowsy in the morning the way that other sleep aids do. Yes, I do recommend these.

    Relaxing natural sleep help

    These small drops do not look like much but they really work! I have had a really stressful time lately so sleep has been challenging. I bought these to try. Good price and I have not seen these in my area locally. I actually slept very well and these were really easy to use. You can take as many as you like until you feel relaxed and ready to sleep.
