Does the job
I put the Psyllium Husk Power in a 12 oz. glass of Tang. I take the powder about 30 minutes before I eat or close to it. The powder curves my appetite so I don't have the desire to eat as much. The taste is horrible. Putting the powder in Tang or fruit juice helps, but the taste is still present. Do not wait too long to drink it, because it gets too thick to drink. But, I can loose about 2 to 3 pounds a week if I am consistent. I put the Psyllium Husk Power in a 12 oz. glass of Tang. I take the powder about 30 minutes before I eat or close to it.
