Helps control sniffing tic
I always found the mustard at Chinese restaurants to open my sinuses for a short time. This seems to open them, then create a short time of drainage. After that drainage it gives me about six hours of dryness and an open airway. I take it at night a couple of minutes before getting in bed--no snoring all night. My doctor told me about the product and said it didn't help her. So relief is probably on an individual basis. I have not used it long term yet, but with my limited time of use it has made a great change. Will blast away the toughest congestion
I have used this for years and 1-2 sprays in each nostril will blast away the toughest congestion. Since its homeopathic there is no rebound and you can use it as often as needed. You will however get an intense burning sensation that lasts for about 15-30 seconds with each spray but once you use it for a while it no big deal. If you have a cold or allergies this stuff is great especially since some of the otc sprays make your heart race. Its the best thing I have found so far for tough congestion and it Works!I have used this for years and 1-2 sprays in each nostril will blast away the toughest congestion. Road to Recovery
I was plagued by night-time sinus blockage and subsequently became addicted to oxymetazoline sprays. After a few years, nosebleeds and headaches developed, so here I am trying to make things better. This product has helped a lot. I am also using Flonase once a day, but promised my doctor I'd use it for two months then try to taper off. I am also making a concerted effort to drink more water throughout the day. The Flonase alone didn't really solve my night-time sinus problem. The Sinus Plumber alone probably wouldn't have solved it either, but the pepper spray helps. A couple times a week I fill my nose up with sterile saline and hold it for a minute, then blow everything out in the sink. So we have multiple things going on up my nose. Yes it burns a bit but moreso on the first uses. The more you use it, the more you get used to it, I guess. It's not painful, just different/surprising. The BEST THING: I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore with uncomfortable sinus blockage and pressure. If I do wake up, I'm breathing freely. That is SO refreshing. Is the Flonase doing anything for me? We'll know better in a couple months, when I taper off it. For now, I highly recommend using either of the pepper based sinus sprays. Drinking more water is also good for you, but the extra trips to the bathroom are annoying.

Migraine & Cluster relief
This stuff takes the edge off of the stabbing pains and pain in general. I get Cluster Migraines they'll last up to 15 days and sinus plumber helps get through the agony! I highly recommend this to everyone, the burn only lasts a 1/2 a second. But is well worth it!!
