Big Help from a Little Tablet
I take these after lunch and dinner. They help! I typically eat one, but sometimes two if it was a particularly heavy or unhealthy meal. I still get some indigestion sometimes, but I truly think these help ward that off. They can also help with feeling ill from eating too much. I have tried a variety of brands, and this one is my favorite. I have a lot of digestive issues, and these are truly a big help to me. You want to eat them right after eating for the best effect. The flavor is mint, but it's mild. Don't expect it to freshen your breath. I wouldn't want them to be any stronger because I'm often taking them while I still have a beverage or dessert to finish.
