best fish oil
I used to take a different fish oil. That particular brand would aggravate my Gout. That's when I realized that I had to change brands. I had used Carlson's before in a liquid form. No Gout affects. I switched to the capsules and everything is great. Carlson's is the best!!! You won't go wrong!!! The price was very good too!

Amazing Remedy for sore knee joints
At first, I didn't believe all the hype about this brand of Cod Liver Oil. I met a man in his upper 60's full of energy and said he had no joint pain and worked a hard blue-collar job. He said all he did was take this product twice per day. I recently ordered a bottle and I take two as directed. One in the morning and one a night...both with meals. The inflammation and pain in my knees disappeared. I am a big believer in this product. If mom were still alive, she would be thrilled that I'm taking a 1940's remedy.
