    Dr. Bruce West recommends this brand of cod liver oil as being the best quality. The price here is the best I have found. It's always tough to know if supplements are working but I can say that I feel better this year than I have in the last three. I will keep taking this brand of cod liver oil.

    I've been using Carlson Labs Omega -3 for several years. It's an excellent product, no fishy taste or smell. It comes from Norway which is a cleaner source for fish products and far away from the Pacific Ocean which is not clean at all.
