Good as a fast breakfast
I was surprised this stuff tastes as good as it does -- I'm using a half serving in the morning for breakfast and the other half post workout, before dinner. Tastes pretty good in whole milk and with a rigorous shake in a shaker cup, hardly no lumps. Not really trying to gain "Serious Mass." Just using as a supplement/aid to get some extra calories. This also has all your vitamins and minerals so if you take a multi-vitamin you may want to back off a bit, but that's pretty sweet that Optimum includes that. If you eat 3 meals a day,and put 12oz of whole milk in a blender with one scoop of powder ,once in the morning, and again a half hour before you go to bed. Weigh yourself that morning,and again in 3 weeks, guarantee you will gain weight.
