- Both GE MWF filters were ripped open at the same place.
- these are clearly being shipped from China for some reason based on the “orange connex fulfillment” in California and the labels on the package.
- thought it was too good to be true to get a real GE filter that hasn’t been TAMPERED with!

To USPS: I did not receive this item in my mailbox. If it was left by the postal carrier (no reason it would not be) it must have either been placed into the wrong mailbox or stolen. Either way, I did not receive this item. What do I do? The seller is not involved in this delivery as they acted properly. The problem seems to be with the delivery at the final destination. i.e., my mailbox. What recourse do I have? Thank you for your help.
