Item arrived carefully packed, with everything as described. It included a note offering to help if there were any issues, which was a nice touch, especially since I thought I was going to have to contact them as I thought I had read the manual was included so I thought that was an oversight. However, I checked and the listing was clear that there was no manual. I got the feeling though that if there was an issue it would have been addressed but everything is fine and I'm happy with the product.
