CANNON BRAND drum hoop, exactly as described/depicted in the ebay ad, PROFESSIONAL SOLID & SECURE PACKAGING, VERY FAST SHIPPING! From this vendor/supplier, I only WISH the 12", 6-lug Tom hoop was available with the slightly higher rim height, NOT what WAS ONCE called a "TALL BOY" height hoop, but just a bit closer to the height of my late 1970's ROGERS "BIG R" vintage hoops. IMHO, the vintage hoop prices are kind of stratospheric.
