    The console looked almost new and in gen...

    The console looked almost new and in general, the system overall seems to function. However the disc drive does not work very well. I need to tilt the console forward in order to get the console to read discs. I wish they tested it, before sending it over. Other than that, it's not really a deal breaker for me since I can still get it to read discs.

    SONY PS3 has lasting value

    The PlayStation 3 platform and games are of lasting value. Especially if you get the PlayStation Move controllers. The games are inexpensive at this point. Sony's Sharpshooter accessory is the closest you can get to the feel of an arcade shooter game. Our original PlayStation 3 suffered from overheating. The PlayStation 3 Slim is much improved.
